Everyone around the world these days is talking about the shortage of PPE protective suits these days. It is possible that Hospitals & Govt. could run out of supply soon. So I am sharing the paper pattern for S,M, L, XL, XXL for Personal Protective Equipment/Suit. Do it yourself pattern for tailors/masters for medical professionals or industry at large.

As per reports, the COVID-19(Corona) virus is known to travel in droplets when infected person/patients cough or sneezes. Medical personnel’s wearing the proper (Personal Protective Equipment/Suit) PPE are likely to get less infected and be able to save more people.

I am sharing the full-size pattern for you to be able to print and trace to create your own PPE/Suit.

This pattern has 3 important components, also find attached size table to suit your size requirements-

1. Main Body Piece – cut 2
2. Sleeve – cut 2
3. Hood – cut 2

Raw Material/Accessories Required:

1. Water repellent fabrics like umbrella/raincoat material, poly microfiber & taffeta
2. Non-woven material, 50 gsm and above traced to the pattern requirement
3. Zippers 26 inches or longer, or as per required measurement
4. Elastic 1/4 inch thick
5. Velcro
6. Ribbon that’s 1/4-inch thick
7. Industry grade pattern paper
